Central Valley Health District’s Environmental Health Department works to protect human health and the environment by preventing disease, injury, and illness through education, inspections, and science-based public health practices.

Central Valley Health District (CVHD) provides environmental health programs, services, and education throughout southeast central North Dakota, servingBarnes, Dickey, Foster, LaMoure, Logan, McIntosh, Stutsman, and Wells counties.

All licensed facility inspections that are completed by Central Valley Health District’s Environmental Health Department are a matter of public record. To request a facility inspection record, please navigate using the appropriate links below to view an inspected facility’s record.

For licensed food service facilities including facilities that serve food and or drink such as caterers, restaurants, bars, taverns, coffee shops, schools and child care facilities.
