Community Health

Central Valley Health District is dedicated to protecting and promoting the health of our community through prevention, education, and collaboration. We believe lasting change starts at the local level, which is why we actively root ourselves in community coalitions and partnerships that reflect the voices, needs, and strengths of the people we serve. Whether addressing chronic disease, mental health, substance use, or maternal and child wellness, our work is guided by a shared commitment to building healthier, more resilient communities together.

Health & Wellness Resource Guide
