About
North Dakota Health Tracks, also known as Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) program, is a preventative health care program for newborns, children, and young adults through age 20 who are enrolled in Medicaid.

Health Tracks may cover:
- Physical exams
- Hearing and vision checks
- Vaccinations
- Lab work (hemoglobin and lead screening)
- Basic dental and orthodontic screenings
- Health education
- Behavioral health screenings
- Growth and development checks
- Nutrition counseling
- Inner and outer agency referrals
Inner agency referrals may include: WIC, reproductive health, car seats, lactation support, etc. Outer agency referrals may include: occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, mental health counseling, dental, vision, orthodontic, and PCP.
